What the service is

Stamp issues digital loyalty passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet on behalf of a merchant, records visits scanned by that merchant, and reports on them. The subscription covers one location, unlimited loyalty members and every feature in the product.

Billing

The plan is CHF 39 per location per month, charged monthly in advance. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable VAT. A price change is announced before the billing period it applies to.

Ending it

A subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period already paid for. Passes stop being updated when the subscription ends. A merchant can export their loyalty data before that happens.

What the merchant is responsible for

• Honouring the reward the card promises.
• The accuracy of the branding, the reward and the wording on their own card.
• Having a lawful basis for any customer data they choose to collect through it.
• Keeping their staff accounts to the people who should have them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Delivery of a pass to a device depends on Apple and Google, which are outside our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, and the courts at the registered seat of the company have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule gives a consumer a different forum.
